About Space88
Space88 was built with one clear goal — to provide the safest, most honest, and most enjoyable online betting experience for Malaysian players. From slots to Sports Betting, from poker to Live Casino, we're here for you every day, around the clock.
Space88 is more than just another name in an increasingly crowded online casino industry. We are a platform built by Malaysians, for Malaysians — with a deep understanding of what local players truly need and want from their online betting experience. Since our founding in 2018, Space88 has grown from a small platform with a few hundred game titles to one of the most trusted online betting destinations in the country, with over 500,000 active registered members.
Space88's journey began with a simple observation — most online casino platforms available at the time were built for a generic global market, with little consideration for the specific needs of Malaysian players. Payment methods that did not support local eWallets, interfaces that were not user-friendly in Bahasa Malaysia, customer support with hours-long wait times — these were frustrations Malaysian players faced every single day. Space88 was founded with the determination to change all of that.
Today, Space88 offers a game library spanning slots from world-class providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Habanero; live Sports Betting across the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, cricket, and esports; Live Casino tables with real human dealers; and card games like poker and blackjack that command a large and loyal following among Malaysian players. All of this is accessible with deposits as simple as Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, or FPX — no complicated international bank transfers or unfamiliar payment methods required.
"Our mission has never changed since day one — to build a platform Malaysian players can trust completely, with security and fairness that are beyond question, and a playing experience that is genuinely enjoyable."
— The space88 Founding TeamSix key reasons why Space88 is Malaysia's online betting platform of choice.
All games at space88 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by recognised third-party bodies. Every slot spin, every card dealt, and every roulette turn is completely random — no manipulation, no exceptions. Your personal data and financial transactions are protected by the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by major banking institutions. At space88, your security is not optional — it is a fundamental requirement that cannot be compromised.
More than 80% of Space88 players access the platform from their mobile phones — and our platform was built with that reality in mind. All 500+ game titles are fully optimised for Android and iOS touchscreens, with smooth animations, easy-to-tap buttons, and a standard 4G connection that is all you need for a lag-free experience. No separate app to download — just open your browser, log in, and play from anywhere in Malaysia.
Space88 supports all of Malaysia's major local payment methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). The minimum deposit is as low as RM20, with funds arriving in under 2 minutes. Winnings withdrawn to an eWallet or DuitNow account are processed in under 5 minutes for verified accounts. That is the speed you deserve — no more waiting days like you would on other platforms.
With over 500 slot titles from 8 world-class providers, Live Casino tables with real human dealers, live Sports Betting across football, badminton, cricket, and e-sports, plus poker and blackjack tables running around the clock — Space88 is one platform that covers everything you need. No need to register across multiple platforms for different types of games. One Space88 account gives you access to it all.
Space88 believes promotions should deliver genuine value to players — not lure them in with big numbers attached to near-impossible rollover requirements. A welcome bonus of up to RM888, a daily 15% reload bonus, and a 10% weekly cashback with no rollover are among the best offers in the industry. We display all terms clearly and honestly so you can make informed decisions.
Space88's Bahasa Melayu-speaking customer support team is available via live chat and WhatsApp at any time — midnight, early morning, or even on a public holiday. Any issue involving payments, bonuses, accounts, or games is resolved promptly. We understand that when something goes wrong, you want it sorted now — not after hours of waiting for a generic email reply.
From humble beginnings to a platform trusted by hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players — this is the story of Space88's growth.
Space88 continues to grow and innovate, adding new game categories, new providers, and new platform features every year to ensure the Malaysian player experience stays fresh, engaging, and in step with global industry developments.
Space88 was founded with an initial library of over 100 slot titles and an FPX payment system. The platform officially launched for Malaysian players with a focus on quality user experience and transaction security.
Space88 introduced a live casino section featuring real dealers and its first Texas Hold'em poker tables. Registered membership surpassed 50,000 within the first 18 months of operation.
Space88 was among the first platforms in Malaysia to support Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost as deposit and withdrawal methods. This move fundamentally changed how Malaysian players interact with online betting platforms.
The live Sports Betting section launched covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and cricket. Esports betting for Mobile Legends, Dota 2, and CS:GO was added in response to strong demand from younger Malaysian players.
Space88 expanded its slots library to 400+ titles with the addition of providers Relax Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and Spadegaming. The platform was fully re-optimised for a smoother mobile experience using the latest technology.
Space88 now has over 500 game titles, 500,000+ active registered members, and continues adding new games every month. A weekly cashback with no rollover requirement was introduced as our latest commitment to player value.
The principles that guide every decision we make — from platform development to player interactions.
We display the RTP for every game, the conditions for every bonus, and the structure of every promotion clearly and honestly. There's no fine print hiding important terms. Players at Space88 know exactly what they're getting into.
Protecting players' data and finances is an absolute priority. Space88's multi-layered security system — from SSL encryption to two-factor authentication — ensures your money and personal information remain protected at all times.
Space88 believes betting should be enjoyable entertainment, not a source of problems. We provide responsible gaming tools, deposit limits, and support to help all players stay within healthy boundaries.
The online casino industry moves fast, and Space88 stays ahead of the curve. We continuously add the latest games, cutting-edge technology, and new platform features to keep the player experience fresh and engaging.
What sets Space88 apart from the many other online betting platforms available to Malaysian players is not just technology or game library — though both rank among the best in the industry. What truly distinguishes us is how we see our players. At Space88, every member is not simply a number in a database or a source of revenue. They are individuals who entrust us with their money, their time, and their confidence — and that trust is something we take seriously.
The Space88 player community is wonderfully diverse. Some are casual players who log in once a week for a few rounds of slots to unwind on the weekend. Others are football enthusiasts who follow every Malaysia Super League and EPL match closely, placing bets backed by in-depth analysis of teams and players. There are poker players who sit at the tables for hours on weekends, testing their skills against others from across Malaysia. And there are live casino players who value the social interaction with real dealers — an authenticity that sets the experience apart from purely machine-based games.
Space88 designs its platform to meet the needs of every type of player. Casual players get a straightforward interface, slots with minimum bets as low as RM0.20, and bonuses without intimidating rollover requirements. Sports bettors get competitive odds, a wide range of bet types from single bets to accumulators, and statistical data to support informed decisions. Poker and blackjack players get active tables at any hour of the day, with limits that cater to both recreational and serious players. All of this is delivered within one cohesive, easy-to-use platform.
Perhaps the least publicly known aspect of Space88 is just how seriously we take responsible gaming. This goes beyond regulatory compliance or placing warning notices in a corner of the page — it's an operational commitment backed by significant investment in both people and technology.
Space88 provides a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools for all members. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set directly from account settings. Session loss limits are configurable for each game type. The "temporary break" option allows players who feel they need to step away to lock their account for a chosen period — from 24 hours to 30 days — without needing to contact customer support. For players who need more serious assistance, a long-term self-exclusion option is available with dedicated team support.
We also invest in training our customer support team to identify and assist players who may be showing signs of problem gambling. This isn't easy or cheap to do, but we believe it's the moral responsibility of a platform trusted by as many people as we are. Space88 wants our players to feel genuinely entertained and satisfied every time they log in — not stressed, in debt, or full of regret.
Behind its clean and uncluttered interface, Space88 runs on a highly sophisticated technology infrastructure to keep the platform running smoothly for hundreds of thousands of concurrent users. Servers hosted in premium data centres with full redundancy ensure near-perfect uptime — service disruptions are extremely rare, and when they do occur, they are resolved in the shortest possible time.
Space88's payment system is directly integrated with Malaysia's local payment gateways to ensure deposits and withdrawals are fast and reliable at all times. Direct integration with Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and the FPX system means there are no intermediaries that could cause delays or technical issues. Every transaction is logged and monitored in real time by an automated security system that detects and prevents suspicious activity before it can affect a player's account.
The key aspects that make Space88 a platform Malaysian players can truly rely on.

Space88's mission can be summed up in one simple sentence: to provide an online betting platform that Malaysian players can fully trust, genuinely enjoy, and use with complete confidence that their interests are always protected. That sounds straightforward enough — but delivering on it consistently, across every aspect of the platform, from technology to customer support, from game selection to how promotions are structured, demands dedication and discipline that never lets up.
Space88's long-term vision is to become Malaysia's number one online betting platform — not on the strength of advertising spend or grand promises, but on a reputation built from the genuine trust players place in us every day. We want Malaysian players to choose Space88 because they know from personal experience — or from a trusted friend's recommendation — that Space88 is an honest, safe, and genuinely enjoyable place to play.
Looking ahead, Space88 is investing in several areas of development that will take the gaming experience to the next level. These include expanding the game library with exclusive titles unavailable on other platforms, upgrading the payment system for greater speed and convenience, and building a more comprehensive loyalty programme that rewards active players in more meaningful and flexible ways. We are also exploring the potential of more culturally specific Malaysia-themed games — something we believe will be warmly received by our local player community.
To every Space88 member who has been with us from the beginning — and to new players considering joining — we want to express our sincere appreciation. The trust you place in Space88 is the foundation of everything we have built and everything we will continue to build. Without your trust, Space88 is nothing more than an empty platform. With it, we are a living, growing community — and we are committed to earning that trust anew, every single day.
